Do you ship Internationally? TOP
Yes we do! When checking out, please select 'International' for the shipping option.
How long will it itake to receive my order? TOP
We ship as quickly as we can from the time of purchase. Most stationery items ship within 1-2 weeks. Custom orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete.
We do offer a rush order option when available, and additional fees may apply. To inquire about this option, please email us at info@vivalaviolette.com.
We can not guarantee that the rush order option will be available for your order. Please inquire about rush orders prior to purchasing.
What is your return/refund policy? TOP
Due to the fact that most of our orders are custom, we do not offer refunds on any order. However, if there is an error or mistake on our part, we will gladly replace the items in question.
What type of paper is available? TOP
Many of our items will allow you to choose your paper type when ordering. You can view the different paper types and specifics here:

I have an idea for a design, do you create custom designs? TOP
We are more than happy to try and fulfill any custom requests. Depending on the complexity of the design, fees may apply. Please contact us with your ideas at info@vivalaviolette.com.
Can you send my purchase directly to a gift recipient? TOP
Yes! When placing your order, please add the recipient's address in the additional comments/instructions box.
How will my product compare to the images online? TOP
Please note that colors vary a bit due to the
monitor they are viewed on.
Before placing a large order, you may consider ordering a sample.
